Audience
This workshop is designed for a new team who is just starting to work together or a team that might have been working together for some time but have never officially created working agreements. It can be also useful if you want to help the team review their working agreements and create alignment for the future.If the team is brand new, it’s best to let them run for a sprint before running this workshop. While you want to help your team get to the norming stage faster, team members need to get to know each other a bit before being able to agree on a social contract.
