ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

When you make a purchase on this website, you agree to the terms and conditions described on this page as well as on the page Privacy Policy.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

11720350 Canada Inc. o/a ScrumMastered shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature. If mentorship sessions have to be cancelled due to force majeure, we will make arrangements to reschedule them at a later time.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge and agree that 11720350 Canada Inc. o/a ScrumMastered will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not you have been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

 

NO GUARANTEE

You acknowledge and agree that 11720350 Canada Inc. o/a ScrumMastered cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.

 

RETURNS OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the fact that I have no way to taking back the files that I have sent you, digital products are non-refundable

An exception to this rule is if you purchased the same digital product by accident, for example, you've purchased a bundle that included the same product.

PRE-ORDERS OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

You will receive a confirmation of your purchase as you normally would for any other downloadable products.

The product page might include an estimated date of delivery. This date is not a guarantee, we will do our best to deliver on our promised dates. 

You can cancel your purchase with a full refund until the day your purchase is sent to you via email. Your order will be cancelled and you will get a full refund within 3 business days. 

If you cancel your purchase by mistake or want to re-order the same item, the current store price will be applied, even if your cancelled order was at a discounted price. If you want to benefit from a specific discount (such as new product launch discounts), you need to do so while the discount is active on the website.

You will receive a notification when your purchase is available. After that point your order will become non-refundable. 

 

Scrum Master Mentorship Program is a unique product that is following specific terms & conditions  written below.

 

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

This is a mentorship program for Scrum Masters that includes the following:

  • 8 one-on-one 50-minute mentorship sessions online using tools like Zoom;
  • Chat support in between sessions via tools like Slack, Mighty Networks, Circle.so, etc.;
  • 15% off in ScrumMastered shop and online courses using a special promo-code;
  • Access to a closed community of other mentees and students of ScrumMastered;
  • Special resources such as templates, videos, downloads;
  • Group coaching if there is enough interest.

SCHEDULE

Depending on your needs, the program can run between 2 to 4 months with one-on-one sessions weekly or bi-weekly.

The program must be completed within 6 months of the first mentorship session.

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

You can ask for a refund before the first one-on-one mentorship session to receive the amount paid back minus transaction fees (Credit card processing: 2.9% + 60¢ per transaction for Visa, Mastercard; 3.4% + 60¢ per transaction for American Express. Bank payments (EFT): 1% per transaction ($1 minimum fee); Splitit transaction fees for payment plans: from 1.5% + $1.50 per installment).

 

PAYMENT

At the time of checkout you will be able to choose a payment plan. You need to complete the first payment  prior to the first one-on-one mentorship session is scheduled, and then according to the payment plan you’ve chosen on the same date for the following months. 

Payment plans (don’t include tax): 

  • One time payment of C$1305. Processed directly by scrummastered.com using Stripe.
  • Two payments of C$652.5 once per month. Processed by  a third-party application Splitit.com using Stripe.
  • Four payments of C$326.25 once per month. Processed by  a third-party application Splitit.com using Stripe.

When you choose an instalment plan processed by Splitit.com you agree to their Terms & Conditions alongside the Terms & Conditions described on this page.

 

SHIPPING

We ship WORLDWIDE!

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

Orders fulfilled by ScrumMastered directly. The shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the Canada Post rates and are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). You can choose the shipping service you prefer. For international orders, tracking numbers are highly recommended. All Canadian orders will have a tracking number by default.

Orders fulfilled by our partners. Some products are produced and shipped by our partners, such as Prinful. The shipping will be calculated automatically through their shipping calculators.

 

 

LOST PACKAGES

Things happen and the packages get lost sometimes. Depending on the shipping service you have chosen at the time of your purchase, the situation will be resolved differently. In any case, please contact me directly if your package did not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Packages with tracking. For all packages with tracking, an investigation will be launched to locate the package. Once the investigation is complete and the package is retrieved, it will be sent to you again at no cost.

Packages without tracking. Canada Post is unable to locate packages that do not have a tracking number. If your package got lost without a tracking number, a new package will need to be sent. A new set of products you have purchased will be provided free of charge for you. Otherwise, you can request a full refund of the purchase.

 

 

CUSTOMER PROTECTION

I am focused on delivering the best service possible. Please note that when you pay with PayPal you are automatically eligible to Customer Protection in case your item does not arrive or it got damaged during delivery. However, I encourage you to contact me first if you are having any issues with the delivery. This way I will be able to help you directly without any third parties. RETURNS OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

I am accepting returns under certain conditions.

Returns are available at your cost within a 30 day period for items in the original packaging and in non-used condition. The item has to be shipped back within 30 days of being received by you.

All returns must contain all 44 cards protected by a plastic strip, in the original plastic hinged case wrapped into an individual plastic bag. To make a return you must send the item back to me at my address in Canada. Upon receiving the item back, I am obliged to make a refund of the amount paid for the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
